And so we have arrived at weigh-in day!

Between day 14 and day 28, me and my diet were having serious words with each other. Straight hatred flying between each other! LMAO!
It’s ok. I fought through it as best as I could. Seeing this pictures really gives me a vote of confidence. Prior to this, you couldn’t tell me i WASN’T failing at this. These last 2 weeks have been one of the most epic struggles I have ever endured MAN!
Anywho, I have gotten faster! I did 2.5 miles in about 30 mins. That used to take me much longer than that. Between these 2 weeks my 3.6 miles has gone from 51 mins to 42 mins. That’s some time shaved off and that, my friends, is a reason to celebrate.
I also switched it up a bit with my workouts and tried something different for a change.
I’m stronger and I’m faster, now i just have to stop running from this upper body work. I will run all day, squat all day, krav all day, but I have to trick my mind into doing upper body work. Simply put? I am not a fan.
I scaled insanity back to 2 times a week, krav , running, and lifting happen on my long days which are tuesday and friday. On those days I workout at least 3 times that day! I will be putting my running days to Monday, Wednesday, and Friday in the upcoming week.
I have learned that my brain really likes the idea of very small attainable goals. 2 weeks isn’t too long but it isn’t that short either. Looking to far ahead in the future distracts me. Hmm, i should apply this concept in all facets of my life.
I haven’t gotten a chance to do my measurements but we shall see when I do. Ill update the post once it’s done. I really wanted to get this up here for yall to see!
And now the pictures!
