Steam rollers have long been a staple in my hair regimen. When I first read about them, I really thought they wouldn’t work because we all know what our hair does when steam hits it!
Ironically they turned out to be one of the quickest and greatest tools in my arsenal. The first time I tried them, my hair came out ok but the second time… omg ….
The second time was such a charm.
Bear with me because this video is old and it’s before I purchased my HD Canon T3i camera for my new videos
Geez that video quality is just…
It seems to me that the steam roller trend has caught fire in the natural hair world. Check out these amazingly beautiful tutorials by other naturalistas.
Before you start scrolling through and jumping to purchase them, here are a few tips on how to use them (these will make more sense once you watch these tuts)
Tips for setting your hair with steam rollers:
– Make sure you ring the water out of them before putting them in your hair
– The most you will need is very very little heat protectant before putting them in your hair
– It helps to sit under the hair dryer for about 20 mins after you set your hair
– Set your hair when its dry ( blown out or stretched doesn’t matter depending on the look your going for)
